In the summer of 2022, I embarked on my first entirely technical role as a Business Analyst Intern at Arval Trading, a subsidiary of BNP Paribas. This opportunity marked a significant shift for me, stepping into a position that was initially daunting. However, with the support of my colleagues and my own determination to make a meaningful contribution, I successfully led a project originally estimated to take six months to completion in just four months. Additionally, I managed to contribute to side projects for other teams.

Here are the steps I took to successfully complete my main project, which involved creating a KPI dashboard to enable my team to make faster, data-driven decisions:
- I conducted interviews to assess the needs and identify the pain points of my team.
- I collaborated with the lead data scientist to develop the data pipeline and SQL scripts.
- I created an intuitive data visualization dashboard.
- I refined the final product based on user feedback.
